About Damian
Damian is a Partner in our leading Resources and Energy practice. Damian has a particular interest in assisting clients in project development and regulatory approvals, focusing on tenement acquisition and maintenance, other regulatory approvals and infrastructure requirements. He also offers an extensive knowledge of native title and cultural heritage law, resources and environmental approval regulations and land access issues for ordinary land tenure. Damian is recognised as a Leading Native Title Lawyer (Project Proponent Representation) by Doyle’s Guide - Australia 2017, 2018 and 2019. He is also a committee member of the Queensland chapter of the Australian Mining and Petroleum Law Association (AMPLA).
