Teresa has been in private practice for over 18 years and became a Wills and Estates Victorian Accredited Specialist in 2008. She was previously a partner of a top-ten Australian legal firm and has developed and headed up Wills and Estates practices in small to mid-tier firms across Melbourne.Teresa founded iWills Legal (a specialist firm covering all areas of wills and estates law with offices in the CBD and Brighton) in late 2017 with the view of providing specialised wills and estates services to the market at a fixed rate.She has extensive expertise acting for high net worth of individuals in the areas of administration of estates and estate litigation including VCAT matters, Wills, Powers of Attorney, Estate Planning (including preparation/amendment of trusts, companies and superannuation funds), superannuation matters, applications to remove trustees and contested Wills.Teresa has also undertaken significant work for and conducted seminars for various accountants, financial planners, family groups dealer groups, private banks and trustee companies.In both 2018 and 2019, Teresa and her team were recognised as a ‘recommended’ lawyer and firm in Victoria by the Doyles’ Guide Australia in the areas of Estate Planning and Estate Litigation.
