He has been an associate professor at the University of Barcelona (https://www.ub.es), and at the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (https://www.uoc.edu ) and since 1998 he has been teaching at the Faculty of Law from ESADE (Ramón Llull University of Barcelona, www.esade.edu), currently as Director of the IT+IP Master. His experience in this field has led him to specialized arbitration, and since 1999 he is a member of the group of experts of the mediation and arbitration center of the World Intellectual Property Organization (www.wipo.int) and arbitrator of the National Arbitration Forum (USA) (www.arbitration-forum.com), and from ARBITEC (Spain). He is a member of the Board of Directors of ALADDA (Spanish branch of ALAI), a member of the Spanish group of AIPPI, a member of the IBA, a member and former vice-president of the Copyright Commission of the Barcelona Bar Association (ICAB).
