Graduated from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro and holds a Master’s degree in International Tax Law from the Brazilian Institute of Tax Law (IBDT) in São Paulo. He has extensive experience in tax legal advisory, with a focus on cross-border transactions, corporate restructuring, financial markets, and capital markets, in addition to significant experience in tax litigation, both administrative and judicial. Over his career, he has taught at Fundação Getúlio Vargas, Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro, and Federal University of Rio de Janeiro.
