He also accepts private and Court appointments as Administrator from time to time and assists clients and family groups with succession planning and structuring, including complex wills, testamentary trusts, asset protection and pro-active measures to avoid family disputes.As an Accredited Specialist in Wills & Estates and a STEP – Trusts and Estates Practitioner, James brings over 10 year's experience working with private wealth clients to the Moores Estate Administration and Litigation Team.
