Garrick A. Hollander is a founder and partner of Winthrop Golubow Hollander, LLP. Mr. Hollander devotes his practice to representing primarily debtors in Chapter 11 reorganizations, as well as representing other constituents in insolvency matters, including out of court workouts, acquisition of distressed assets, and assignments for the benefit of creditors. Mr. Hollander, also a CPA with years of corporate finance and financial restructuring experience, brings a unique business and financial understanding, perspective and approach to the practice of law. Since 1982, Mr. Hollander has been establishing, acquiring, and operating businesses in a variety of industries. In 1988, Mr. Hollander joined the audit department of a Big 8 accounting firm (Coopers & Lybrand). In 1992, Mr. Hollander served as the judicial extern law clerk to the Honorable Barry Russell, United States Bankruptcy Court, Central District of California and 9th Circuit Bankruptcy Appellate Panel.
