Erick Hernández represents domestic and international clients on environmental and energy matters, including corporate finance, healthcare, regulatory compliance and real estate matters. Erick has represented clients in several project finance, mergers and acquisitions and electric energy tenders, as well as hydrocarbons tender procedures, both in accordance to the new energy reform in Mexico.Erick has been practicing Mexican environmental, energy, real estate, administrative and regulatory law for more than 15 years, advising Mexican and International entities and their holding companies, on projects related with renewables, oil & gas, hospitality and tourist, land use, urban development, corporate environmental regularization, healthcare, environmental impact and risk matters, financing of green projects, soil contamination, as well as emissions reductions and climate change.During his professional experience he had participated in different real estate, environmental, infrastructure, oil & gas and energy projects, as well as assessing different companies in all regulatory matters, including healthcare and environmental, health and safety. Likewise, he has participated in several public and private forums and associations with companies, international associations, banks, lawyers and authorities related to Mexican Environmental, Energy, Real Estate, Administrative and Regulatory Law.He has been involved on the preparation of several Mexican Official Standards as well as environmental and administrative regulations.
