Eric Alvarez is an Associate in Brach Eichler’s commercial litigation group and is based in the New Jersey office. Eric focuses his practice on litigating complex commercial disputes in state and federal court. Eric is frequently called upon to serve as counsel to companies of all sizes. He handles a variety of litigation matters with a focus on complex commercial litigation, employment litigation, and healthcare litigation. Eric earned his J.D. cum laude in 2013 from Seton Hall University School of Law. He graduated with a B.A. cum laude in 2009 from Villanova University with a degree in Philosophy. After law school, he clerked in Essex County for the Honorable Sebastian P. Lombardi.
