Ms. Beaufort focuses her practice on management-side employment litigation and counseling. She represents companies and managers in employment litigation filed in federal and state courts, as well as administrative agencies in various matters including discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. Ms. Beaufort’s practice also includes conducting workplace investigations and pre-litigation resolution of employment disputes.
