Ana Vargas is a co-founding Managing Partner of IBERBRAND®. She manages the firm’s Litigation and International Trademark Departments.Ana has been practicing IP Law for over 20 years, working in different areas, including prosecution, maintenance, copyright, and a particular specialization in litigation practice for over 13 years. She is a skilled negotiator who relies on her portfolio management experience and as a sharp litigator. Ana takes care of clients in the litigation and enforcement department by identifying and implementing creative and cost-effective strategies for enforcing and defending their IP rights in Mexico before all levels of the court and representing clients before administrative authorities.
