Kaplan Marino was founded in Beverly Hills on May 8, 1998, which was the 5-year wedding anniversary of partners Nina Marino and Richard Kaplan. The firm was founded for the purpose of servicing white collar cases and today, nearly 20 years later, Kaplan Marino is firmly established as one of the premiere white collar criminal defense firms both locally and nationally. As a true full-service criminal defense boutique law firm, Kaplan Marino has evolved over the years from a California-based state court practice to a national federal court practice.
