When Herrig, Vogt & Hensley (previously Herrig & Vogt) was first founded in 1994, our focus was in construction law matters including contract review, dispute resolution, claims preparation and defense, and everything in between. While construction litigation remains a vital part of our firm, in 2003 we expanded our practice areas to better serve the needs of both individuals and businesses. Our services now include family law, estate & probate, business law, real estate law, and personal injury. We fight to protect the professional and economic assets of our clients, while preserving their personal rights and welfare. We are based in the greater Sacramento area but serve clients throughout California. Our clients include professionals, families, and business owners facing complex legal issues that affect personal investments, legal rights, and potentially staggering liabilities.
