Woody Guirand has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2014 and is the other key lawyer of BG2V Real Estate Department. Woody Guirand has been promoted as partner in June 2025 (Counsel/July 2022). Woody Guirand is specialized in purchase and sale transactions involving real estate assets or real estate companies, joint ventures and development and finance transactions (on the borrowers’ side). He is also very active in the field of asset management (essentially leases) and frequently assists investors / investments funds (and occasionally tenants) with their rental relationships. Since 2017, Woody Guirand has been a lecturer in the Master 2 Law of Financing and Real Estate Investments program at the University of Cergy-Pontoise, leading the seminar on “Drafting practices for real estate contracts”.
