In addition, Tucker counsels clients on intellectual property and technology issues arising in mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, and other corporate transactions.In law school, Tucker served as the executive articles editor for the Journal of Intellectual Property Law. He also worked as an intern at the University of Georgia Innovation Gateway Office, where he assisted the University in negotiating technology and licensing agreements.
