Todd received his law degree from the University of Manitoba in 2006 and was called to the Bar in 2007.Todd is active in the community and his professional association as a Life Council Member of the Manitoba Bar Association. Todd is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the Victoria General Hospital Foundation and Victoria Lifeline.Todd regularly presents on topics relating to human rights, accommodation, and labour relations and was a sessional lecturer at Robson Hall teaching labour relations law.
