About Timothy
Tim represents clients on a variety of litigation matters, with an emphasis on commercial disputes, commercial arbitration, civil appeals, indigenous litigation, judicial review applications and environmental litigation. Tim has appeared at all levels of court in British Columbia, and has represented clients before various administrative tribunals. Tim works closely alongside BLG’s national Environmental and Indigenous focus groups on matters for both public and private companies, including government. He is a frequent presenter to clients, at external conferences and seminars as well as BLG hosted seminars on Environmental Law. Prior to joining BLG, Tim clerked for Madam Justice Newbury and Mr. Justice Lowry at the British Columbia Court of Appeal.
