From time to time, he is involved in post-M&A disputes.Before joining POELLATH in 2008, he was working at an US law firm in the M&A department. He is a lecturer for real estate at the University of Münster.He studied law in Osnabrück, Birmingham, Bayreuth und Münster (LL.M. 2012) and was admitted to the bar in 2006.
