Additionally, I have represented a wide range of public and private entities, including county and city municipalities, in both administrative enforcement and civil actions in state and federal venues.Additional areas of focus for my practice include land use, regulatory compliance, and risk management.Looking aheadDuring the next decade of environmental law, we will see an increasing focus on environmental remediation and mitigation and the transition to green and renewable forms of energy in the efforts to combat climate change issues. Accordingly, it is crucial to have an in-depth understanding of these issues as related to the ongoing evolution of legal and regulatory compliance, on both the state and federal levels, as we move toward a more eco-friendly society.
