Rusty is a partner in the London office practising in all areas of labour and employment law.Rusty represents clients at various tribunals and at all levels of court in all matters relating to labour and employment law, including labour arbitrations, human rights, wrongful dismissal actions and Ontario Labour Relations Board matters.Before joining the firm, Rusty was the Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel at Conestoga College Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning. For many years, he was a Vice-President, Legal at BlackBerry where he oversaw all global employment law issues.
