About Pierre-Alexis
Pierre-Alexis RAMAUT was called to the Bar in 2004 and joined the public law department of Cornet Vincent Ségurel.Since 2011, he has been in charge of the development of the Public Law department of the Rennes Office and became a partner in 2015.Pierre-Alexis RAMAUT practices public law for various clients, numerous public bodies, local government bodies and entities, and private companies. He has developed significant expertise in the areas of public contracts (public contracts, delegations of public service, complex contractual structures, etc.), or he undertakes both advisory and management assignments in the area of litigation, including the making and performance of such contracts. This expertise extends to all areas of economic public law, where he ensures implementation and supervision of public projects both in institutional form (local government companies, mixed economy companies, etc.) and contractual, or in the area of regulation of state aids. Together with other departments of the Firm (tax law, employment law, etc.) and the network of independent firms in the areas of technical and financial engineering, Pierre-Alexis RAMAUT regularly handles the structuring and supervision of complex transactions (real property transactions, organisation of public or private entities, etc.), as well as the creation and auditing of public or private entities.
