Dr. Martin Schmidhuber primarily advises clients in intellectual property matters. His particular expertise is in the area of trademark and labelling law. In cooperation with a worldwide network of law firms, his work focuses on the strategic management of national and international trademark portfolios and their legal representation (litigation).
