Kaari-Lynn S. Gagnon was born in Seoul, Korea and grew up near Albany, New York. She graduated from Tufts University in May 2004 with a B.A. in Sociology, and then earned her J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law in May 2007. During law school, Ms. Gagnon clerked for Zarco Einhorn Salkowski, P.A. and gained practical experience as a summer intern at the Public Defender's Office of Rensselaer County, New York.Ms. Gagnon has been a dedicated member of Zarco Einhorn Salkowski, P.A. since 2006. Her career path within the firm progressed from law clerk to associate in 2007, culminating as a partner in 2015. Ms. Gagnon's practice area concentrations include franchise law, corporate law, and intellectual property. She supports franchisors with an array of franchise law issues, excelling in the preparation of franchise disclosure documents and state registrations. Additionally, she manages various business transactions, such as commercial lease reviews and contract negotiations, assists with business entity formation, and drafts operating and licensing agreements.
