Robert M. Einhorn serves as a co-managing partner at Zarco Einhorn Salkowski PA, located in Miami, Florida. With over thirty years devoted to legal practice, Robert concentrates on advocating for franchisees in litigation both within the United States and internationally. His representation spans major franchise systems across the hotel, restaurant, and service industries. Robert earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, majoring in accounting and risk & insurance, and his law degree from the University of Miami. He is qualified as both an attorney and an accountant.Since his graduation in 1990, Robert gained significant experience in complex civil and criminal litigation with a recognized Florida litigation firm, practicing in state and federal courts nationwide. He is admitted to practice in several court jurisdictions, including all State and Federal Courts in Florida and several United States District Courts across various states. His extensive experience further includes client representation in numerous state and federal courts as well as arbitration proceedings across the country.In January 1994, Robert began his collaboration with Robert Zarco and has since been dedicated to handling franchise cases. He actively supports franchisee associations in their pursuit for equitable franchising and improved franchisor-franchisee relationships. As a seasoned author and presenter on franchise topics, he contributes to discussions and literature within the franchise community. He has been an active member of organizations such as the American Association of Franchisees and Dealers (AAFD) and the American Bar Association’s (ABA) Forum on Franchising. Robert's contributions include speaking engagements at the ABA’s Annual Franchise Forum and authoring for the Franchise Law Journal, as well as co-editing the Franchise Litigation Handbook, Second Edition.
