Jordon invites clients to contact him if they want assistance on almost any aspect of family law. Jordon can provide advice with respect to division of matrimonial property, unjust enrichment claims, spousal or partner support, child support, parenting, guardianship and custody, mobility applications, and cohabitation, prenuptial, marriage, or separation agreements. He can assist with all the research, drafting, paperwork, court appearances, and attendance at mediation or arbitration that those involve.Jordon understands that family law issues can feel overwhelming and require outside help. However, he also knows that many going through these issues are financially stressed. Consequently, in addition to the full scope of service outlined above, Jordon can offer clients limited scope services including anything from just a consult, providing advice and assistance with drafting documents, negotiations, or research in the background, to attending court or mediation/arbitration for smaller issues.Jordon has trained in conducting mediation through the Legal Education Society of Alberta and has completed the National Family Law Arbitration Course. Since 2022, Jordon has been providing mediation and arbitration services at lower rate than his standard rate when acting as counsel. Jordon welcomes families and counsel to reach out to him to schedule mediation and/or arbitration.
