Jordan’s practice focuses on energy and administrative law. She specializes in regulatory compliance and litigation for energy utilities throughout the West.LEGAL EXPERIENCEPrior to joining McDowell Rackner Gibson in 2016, Jordan clerked for Judge Martha Craig Daughtrey on the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals in Nashville, Tennessee, and for Judge Edward F. Shea on the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Washington in Richland.
