He has appeared as lead counsel in cases before the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and Divisional Court, the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal, the Ontario Labour Relations Board and the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal.A long-standing member of the Executive of the Labour & Employment Law Section of the Ontario Bar Association, Jonathan was Chair of the Section in 2008-9.An accomplished speaker, Jonathan has chaired and lectured at a variety of employment law and workplace human rights conferences directed both to businesses and fellow lawyers.
