Two 7-0 victories in Ohio Supreme Court, out of approximately 9 arguments, making new law in both. Lead counsel and argued over 100 public entity appeals to the U. S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, including several successful qualified immunity appeals on behalf of public officials. Defended successfully against a number of petitions for writs of certiorari.
