He took postgraduate courses in Town Planning Techniques, in Reparcel Land Systems, and in Cadaster and Real Estate Taxation at the Catalonia Polytechnique University.He has developed a wide professional career for 30 years practicing mainly in administrative law and real estate. His expertise is in town planning, compulsory purchase, public licenses, public domain, Public Administration liability, and coastline, roads, and other territorial acts. He does litigation at the Contentious-Administrative Courts.He lectured at different Law Schools (ISDE, ESADE, Castilla-La Mancha University) in Lawyer Practice Master and he takes part in town planning seminars.He joined Tornos Abogados in 2008 and currently is the town planning department director.
