Jean-François DEFUDES is partner and co-head of the “Corporate taxation” department.His professional career has enabled him to acquire solid expertise in the following areas :Corporate and group taxation (restructuring, corporation tax, tax consolidation, VAT, local taxes, etc.)Mergers and acquisitions and restructuring operations (M&A)Taxation of executives (remuneration, capital gains, dividends, IFI)Tax audit and litigationInternational taxationTax dematerialisationHe assists his clients, both French and international groups, with their day-to-day tax issues, including planning and monitoring their tax obligations, implementing strategies, assistance with tax audits and dematerialisation projects (assistance with computerised accounting and electronic invoicing).His expertise also covers the management and launch of projects delivering both legal and technological solutions.Following some fifteen years within the tax authority, where he worked with inspection teams and at the Ministry of Finance, Jean-François joined the International Division of the law firm Fidal in 2008 before moving to Taj in early 2020. He joined DELSOL Avocats in February 2022.
