Henry Sneath specializes in complex business litigation, intellectual property, employment, DTSALaw® trade secrets and restrictive covenant litigation, cybersecurity, data breach and Artificial Intelligence (AI) law, products liability, catastrophic injury, probate, estates and trusts litigation, and insurance coverage and bad faith litigation. He is also a complex case certified mediator and Federal Court Special Master with Houston Harbaugh, P.C. in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He and his team are currently handling very complex trade secrets misappropriation litigation and several patent and trademark litigation matters in various federal courts. He was the 2011-2012 President of DRI (www.dri.org), a 22,000 member international organization of lawyers defending the interests of businesses and individuals in civil litigation. He was the 2009-2010 Chair of the PBA IP Section. Mr. Sneath was a long time member of the prestigious Academy of Trial Lawyers of Allegheny County and serves as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Duquesne University School of Law teaching 2 courses: Trade Secret Law and the Law of Trademarks and Unfair Competition.
