Dr Hardy Fischer is a partner at POELLATH in Berlin.He advises on domestic and international tax law, corporate tax law, tax planning and tax structuring, refinancing. He is also well-known for his wide-ranging expertise in advising on cross-border structures and transactions, as well as for his tax advice on real estate transactions.Hardy regularly speaks and publishes on various tax law matters, inter alia as a lecturer at the University of Potsdam (Master Program Corporate and Tax Law) since 2010.Hardy joined POELLATH in 2007. Previously, he served as an assistant at the Institute of Tax Law and the Law of Non-Profit-Organisations at Bucerius Law School. He was admitted to the German bar as an attorney in 2007 and as a tax advisor in 2020. He studied law and economics in Bayreuth and Hamburg (Bucerius Law School, PhD; 2004).
