Grant has extensive experience with complex corporate transactions, including public offerings and private placements, insolvency-based transactions and reorganizations and domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions. In 2011, Grant was appointed by the Ontario Securities Commission to the Securities Advisory Committee for a three-year term. The 12-member committee advises the Ontario Securities Commission on legislative and policy initiatives, and capital market trends.
