He represents issuers, investment dealers, individual registrants, and other market participants in securities regulatory investigations and enforcement proceedings. Jonathan frequently advises clients on internal investigations, foreign corruption, and a range of compliance, corporate governance, and regulatory issues.
Jonathan is also regularly retained for commercial matters, including shareholder disputes, contested transactions (such as proxy contests and takeover bids), and securities class actions.
