He was an Associate at Baker & McKenzie and at Finley, Kumble, Wagner, Heine, Underberg, Manley, Myerson & Casey in New York; a Legal Consultant for the Latvian Supreme Council Committee on Legislation and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Latvia.
