She has advised French and foreign private equity funds as well as industrial groups across a range of industries including financial services, on their domestic and international sales and acquisitions, mergers, joint ventures, private equity and restructuring transactions.Marion represents corporations of all sizes, including start-ups, private equity funds and management teams in a variety of sectors.Marion also maintains an active pro bono practice with a particular focus on environmental advocacy, having advised an environmental organization on the establishment of a conservation trust fund. She also was one of a few women selected to be a Protégée for Proskauer’s Women Sponsorship Program, an initiative for high performing mid-senior level lawyers that champions emerging future leaders.
