Fernanda Galvão is an executive partner of Vilas Boas, Lopes e Frattari Advogados and head of the Contracts and Compliance Team, with more than 17 years of experience in Civil Law, working with national and international clients.Fernanda and her team work with contractual drafting and revision using Legal Design techniques, analysis of claims against our clients, and assistance with negotiations of contracts and claims. She is responsible for the compliance program of the firm, including the issues related to Privacy and Personal Data Protection. She also gained extensive experience in Corporate Law, with an emphasis on contracts, managing the legal department of a multinational insurance company.Fernanda holds a bachelor’s degree from Mackenzie University and a master’s degree in contracts from Université de Paris XII.
