Etienne von Streng is a co-founder of Streng SA, a tax law firm based in Geneva, Switzerland.Etienne received his law degree from the University of Lausanne (Switzerland), was admitted to the Zurich bar, and holds a Certified Tax Expert diploma.Etienne advises on Swiss and international tax matters for companies including listed and private multinationals, high net worth individuals, entrepreneurs, and families. His expertise includes in general tax optimization, frequent negotiations with federal and cantonal tax authorities in all Swiss cantons, corporate reorganizations, transaction structuring and M&A.In recent years, Etienne has developed a strong family clientele throughout Europe and is frequently asked to assist their members in structuring their wealth and estate.Etienne has developed a strong expertise in advising multinational in the industry and energy business and to notably assist them in transfer pricing matters, modelling business flows and financing structures, employee stock ownership plans.
