Emma is a lawyer and economist, specialising in tax advice to private clients and family businesses.She graduated in law and economics from Pompeu Fabra University and completed her studies at ESADE, where she obtained a Master's degree in tax consultancy and management. She joined our firm in 2019, quickly becoming a partner in 2021.She advises numerous family businesses and Family Offices, both in national and international taxation, as well as their partners and managers. Her experience includes her involvement in numerous generational handover processes, both in business and wealth management.He has extensive knowledge of inheritance law and, in particular, inheritance tax planning, this being one of his main specialities, which he complements with extensive experience in setting up and advising foundations.She is also a regular speaker at conferences and seminars on taxation, teaches university and master's degree courses and is a member of the Board of Directors and coordinator of the tax committee of the Catalan Association of Inheritance Law Specialists.
