Elvira Fernández Lozano

Graduate in Law, Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (1991). Postgraduate Degree in Real Estate Law and Land Use and Planning, Universitat Pompeu Fabra (1992).Member of the Universitat Pompeu Fabra Administrative Law Department from 1991 to 1999. During those years she completed the PhD courses in Public Law (1992-94) and carried out legal teaching and research activities. In 1995 she presented a dissertation on the system for the recognition of professional qualifications in the European Union (“El reconocimiento de los títulos profesionales en la Unión Europea. El Sistema sectorial”).During year 2000, she worked at the Catalonian Parliament, providing legal advice within the procedures for the preparation of bills, white papers and other parliamentary documents.Elvira Fernández joined Pareja & Associats, Advocats in year 2001. She combines her work as a lawyer with academic activities and lectures at the Master’s Degree in Public Law and Administrative Organization held at Universitat Pompeu Fabra.
