In 2022 she joined Crowe as Partner of the Tax Area and head of the Madrid office of Crowe Legal y Tributario.Elena has an extensive experience in the field of general taxation, being her specialty the restructuring processes of companies and the taxation of consolidated groups, advising both domestic and foreign companies.She has wide expertise in the defense of taxpayers' interests before the Tax Administration and in the formulation and negotiation of consultations before the Directorate General of Taxes.She has a Law Degree from the University of Zaragoza. Postgraduate degree in Tax Consultancy and Management from ESADE.Member of the Barcelona Bar Association and lecturer at the Ramón Llull-ESADE Law School.
