Clinton J. Woodfin

Clint J. Woodfin is the Managing Partner of Spicer Rudstrom and the Managing Member of the firm’s Knoxville office, a Member of the firm’s Board of Directors and the Chair of the firm’s Trucking and Transportation practice. He graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1990 and the University of Tennessee College of Law in 1993. He is a member of the Hamilton Burnett Inns of Court and has obtained an AV-Preeminent Rating from Martindale-Hubbell.Clint J. Woodfin is admitted to practice in all courts in Tennessee and in the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. During his years of practice, he has represented major corporations, insurance carriers, local businesses and individuals in all phases of litigation. His specific areas of practice include alternative dispute resolution, automobile liability, business and commercial litigation, employment practices litigation, insurance coverage, insurance defense, insurance subrogation, premises liability, products liability, real estate and construction litigation and workers’ compensation. He is passionate about leadership and advocating for those who need a voice.Outside of work, Clint J. Woodfin enjoys many activities with his family, including boating, skiing, hiking and traveling. He is a 2010 graduate of Leadership Blount and serves on the board and volunteers for many local non-profits, including the Appalachian Ballet Company, Habitat for Humanity, Community Food Connection and Parish Pastoral Council for Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Parish. He also volunteers at many events in and around the community.
