About Ann
Ann L. Martino Frazier prepares complex estate plans for high net worth individuals. With her extensive background in corporate law and international tax, as well as all aspects of Delaware and Pennsylvania trusts and estate law, she offers a comprehensive approach to estate planning that is unique in her field.Ann is also well recognized for the compassion she brings to her work. Having suffered the sudden loss of her spouse while still a young mother, she understands the financial and emotional challenges clients face as they navigate the legal hurdles that come with the loss of a loved one.Working primarily from the firm’s Greater Wilmington office, Ann draws on more than a decade of experience practicing in one of Delaware’s most prestigious trusts and estates law firms. In addition to helping clients set up estate plans tailored to their unique needs, she excels at distribution of trust assets to foreign beneficiaries and all aspects of estate administration.Previously, Ann was Lead Counsel for the international business division of Hercules Incorporated in Wilmington, where she negotiated agreements and obtained government approvals to establish joint venture chemical companies throughout Asia Pacific. She also led acquisitions and divestures in countries including Argentina, Denmark, Chile and Italy, where she managed all steps of transactions, from inception through due diligence, agreements and closing.In addition, Ann has worked in the corporate environment to address women’s issues, including pay equality. She is also an ally to the LGBTQ+ community.A member of the Delaware Bar Association and Pennsylvania Bar Association, Ann enjoys traveling to explore the world’s top golf courses, as well as to any location where Bruce Springsteen is performing. A recent trip took her to Myanmar, where she did a cross-country bike tour solo.Ann is a graduate, magna cum laude, of the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor at Villanova University School of Law.
