Attorney, he is member of the Illustrious School of Attorneys of Barcelona. Master in consultancy and Tax Management by ESADE Business School (1.992-1.993), Master in Tax Law by the “Universidad Complutense de Madrid” (1.991-1.992) and Master in Real State and Town planning Law by the University Pompeu Fabra (1.994-1.995). In 2.013, he obtains his PhD in Public Law with the Thesis: "The subjective field in the Spanish Law of Public Procurement: Foundations and Chambers of Commerce." with grade A Magna cum Laude.In 1.993, he obtained the position of Official Counsel of the Law Consultancy of the Organization of Tax Management of the Provincial Authority of Barcelona. In the year 2.000, he joined Landwell and in 2.004, he joined as Associate Partner the project of Joaquin Tornos, where he has been working until September 2.011, when he creates the firm TORNOS ABOGADOS, S.L.P. of which he is founder and Associate Partner.He specializes in Tax Management, Public Procurement, Assessment to entities receiving European funds such as Foundations, Trusts or Trading Public companies, Procedural Law and Public General Law. Since 2.001 he is professor of Tax Law at the Faculty of Law of ESADE Business School (University Ramón Llull) and since 2.009 he is Associate Lecturer in public law at ESADE. PhD in Law at the University Ramon Llull-ESADE (2.013), he has carried out several publications and has given lectures on his specialties.
