Zonder has taken over 120 hours of advanced mediation and Collaborative Divorce training at pre-eminent institutions including Pepperdine Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution in Malibu and the American Institute of Mediation and CDDT/CDI Collaborative Team Trainings.Zonder is dedicated to raising awareness of ways to solve divorce woes out of court. She is a member of the Coalition for Collaborative Divorce. Zonder worked hard on behalf of the CP Cal (Collaborative Practice California) statewide group on educational and fundraising initiatives. She is a prior member of the Board of Directors and served as President of CP Cal for the Board term beginning April 2016.Zonder was the lead faculty member lecturing for Second Saturday Divorce Education Workshops in Calabasas and Westlake Village, and she previously hosted divorce talk radio show titled "Divorce: Lisa Zonder Style" on Ventura radio station KVTA 1590 AM. As a lecturer for Second Saturday Workshops, she provided an overview of the legal process and options for getting through divorce including mediation, Collaborative Divorce, lawyer-to-lawyer negotiation and court.Zonder is the Founder and Director of the Westlake Village/Calabasas chapter of the National Association of Divorce Professionals (NADP).
