We are highly skilled advocates who have successfully appeared in a wide range of administrative matters (e.g., Health Regulatory Colleges, Consent and Capacity Board, Coroner's Inquests) and all levels of courts.Our founder, Valerie Wise, began her career clerking for the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Canada, and has been defending health professionals for over 30 years.We not only understand the legal framework that regulates the health sector; but are also familiar with the day-to-day realities faced by our clients.As a small, boutique firm, we focus on building individualized relationships with our clients.
