For all matters, we will quote a fee for the work to be completed.For estate planning matters, the fee will include the basic estate planning documents and the funding of a revocable living trust (if used in the estate plan).For other matters, we will discuss with clients whether it is more appropriate to calculate either on an agreed-upon fee or on a time-expended "hourly" basis in accordance with the hourly rates assigned to the particular attorneys and legal assistants performing the work.All rates are subject to periodic adjustment and the applicable rates will be those in effect at the time services are rendered. Gross receipts taxes are also assessed on all fees and costs.
