Our firm was founded in 1993 by Clifford A. Meirowitz, a Trusts and Estates and Elder Law practitioner for over 25 years. We are uniquely positioned to provide top quality legal advice and representation regarding estate planning, wills, trusts, planning for people with disabilities, guardianship, probate, estate administration and related litigation.Our familiarity with entitlement programs such as Medicaid and our sensitivity to the problems and needs of seniors enable us to help families preserve their life savings while planning for the care of a spouse, a parent or loved one who has long-term health care needs.
