The firm was founded in 1958 by the late Samuel Krugliak. The firm has consistently grown in size in direct relationship to the needs of our regular clients and the continued addition of new clients., serving businesses and individuals. KWGD has a widely diversified practice in 25 areas of the law. Among the areas of significant concentration are corporate and business law, health care, real estate, labor, employment, banking, oil and gas, estates and estate planning, taxation, workers' compensation, environmental, OSHA and litigation in all areas.
