Ciulla & Donofrio, LLP was co-founded in 1996 by Robert K. Ciulla and Jeffrey M. Donofrio. Bob and Jeff practiced law together at a large regional firm immediately prior to founding Ciulla & Donofrio, LLP. From its inception, Ciulla & Donofrio, LLP has provided its clients the experience, skill and sophistication of a large firm with the responsive, personalized and cost-effective delivery traditionally associated with a smaller firm. Our practice is, by design, focused on civil and commercial litigation, construction law and municipal law. Within these practice areas, we handle a wide variety of matters.
