Alison C. Weinger PA

Alison C Weinger has been a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit and Family Law Mediator since 1989. Ms. Weinger began her career as a litigator in a civil trial practice. She embraced Alternative Dispute resolution in its infancy, beginning her mediation career at the Miami-Dade Courthouse in-house mediation unit. She has been in private practice since 1991 solely working in the Dispute Resolution arena. Ms. Weinger has been an adjunct Law professor at the University of Miami Law School since 2009, teaching Family Mediation Workshop. Ms. Weinger has been active in the community, serving as President of the Dade County Chapter of the Florida Association for Women lawyers early in her career and as a member of multiple organizations dedicated to people with disabilities. She is a member of the First Family Law Inns of Court, and has lectured annually on assorted family law and dispute resolution topics for the ABA, FICPA, AAML, AAA, Dade County Bar Association, Broward County Bar Association, and Lorman Seminars. Ms. Weinger has mediated and consulted on numerous cases throughout the United States and beyond (including California, Colorado, New York, England, Norway). Alison is an AV rated lawyer with Martindale Hubbell, and has been recognized by U.S. News and World Report 2015 best law firms, as well as multiple firm recognition awards annually.
